Dan Gallagher, our go to garden guy, will be starting a garden workshop series following dinner. Topics he plans to address are: successful seed starting; damping off disease; importance of soil temp; heirloom and open pollinated varieties; early season vegetables.

Our featured pancake is cinnamon bun pancakes and our featured sauce is warm peach sauce. Jon's Book sale will be open during breakfast.

Topics will be starting a garden, soil testing basics, spring tips and more. For experienced as well as new gardeners.

The evening will include dinner, a program, and a chance to win mystery prizes.

Featured pancake is cookies and cream pancakes. Featured topping is strawberries with whipped cream. Also for Cinco de Mayo: a special sauce with Mexican spices sure to delight the adventurous diners.
