 Jul News from Winchester Grange No. 74

Unfortunately, the hottest day of the recent heat wave fell on the night of Winchester’s meeting. Rather than brave the near 100˚ heat in an air conditioner-free building, the meeting was postponed to July 1. The Election of Officers will be held that night and the July 8 meeting has been canceled.

 Riverton Grange No. 169

July 18: Riverton Grange #169’s monthly in-person meeting (with Zoom option). Refreshments will be served at 6:30 PM, Meeting at 7:00. July 20: The 42nd Veteran of the Month ceremony at the hall will feature living WWII veteran George Ransom Jr., a Riverton Grange member before moving out of state; 6:00 PM, open to all, and refreshments will be served following the ceremony.

 Nutmeg Pomona No. 16

Nutmeg Pomona last met on Sunday, June 1st. Attendance was disappointing as at the meeting before we conferred the Fifth Degree on 10 candidates. Among the missing was our President Donald Lanoue who was in a very serious accident totaling his truck. As of this writing he is still under doctors care and will be until the middle of July about the same time we receive the next Granger.

 Jul News from Cheshire Grange No. 23

July2: Omitted July 16: Annual Picnic at the Millers and 2025-2026 Planning Meeting On June 4th we held our election of officers. Other than electing a new Lecturer, the remaining officers stayed in place for the new year.
